  • How long does a property valuation take?

    The time required for a valuation varies depending on the property. Naturally, assessing a three-bedroom detached house will take longer than a one-bedroom flat. However, we strive to complete the process as efficiently as possible, ensuring we stay only as long as necessary.

  • What happens during a valuation?

    Once you’ve completed the form, an agent will schedule a date and time to visit your property. During the visit, they will walk through the home—either alone or with you, if you prefer—taking notes on each room. They will also measure the space and ask a few basic questions about the property. Additionally, they may offer suggestions on ways to enhance its market value.

  • How quickly will I know how much my home is worth?

    Our goal is to provide a valuation of your property during your appointment with our agent, with final confirmation afterward. We’ll also offer recommendations on how best to market your property and ensure you’re completely satisfied with our suggestions.

  • Do I need an EPC?

    In England, sellers are legally required to obtain an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before selling their property. Estate agents must also display the EPC rating whenever the property is marketed.
